Strong Son

A former South Asian bodybuilder moves back into his childhood home to become the primary caregiver for his aging father. As medical appointments, sleepless nights, and the relentless responsibilities of caregiving begin to consume his life, Harvey struggles to reconcile the physical strength that once defined him with the emotional vulnerability he works so hard to hide. While his father sees only a strong son, Harvey quietly battles anxiety as their complicated relationship is tested by duty and the shifting roles between parent and child. Strong Son is an intimate drama about caregiving, masculinity, family, and discovering that strength comes from allowing yourself to be vulnerable.
