Manny, a Filipino troublemaker on a run from his past’s pursuit, finds a disguise as a Chinese restaurant chef where the enthusiastic Caucasian manager Darren hires him to make his restaurant more “authentic.” When real Chinese customers, Charlie and David visit the restaurant, both Manny and Darren are put to a test to prove themselves as a real chef and a real ambassador for Chinese cuisine. The day goes haywire when Shane, who has been chasing after Manny, finally catches up.
